Our Story

Born and raised in New York City with deep Puerto Rican family roots in the kitchen — now bringing those cherished empanada traditions to Raleigh, North Carolina in every bite.

Every empanada is folded and crimped by hand the way it was taught around a family table — no shortcuts, no fillers, just the recipes that traveled from the island to a New York kitchen and finally down to North Carolina.

What started as cooking for friends and neighbors turned into a weekend ritual: golden empanadas, arroz con gandules and antipasta salad, packed hot and handed over with the same care they were made with.
